Major Functions:
Performs a variety of routine functions in support of banquet events. Sets up and breaks down banquet rooms per guest specifications, and performs side work as assigned.
Essential Functions:
Reads banquet event orders and sets room according to guest specifications including cleaning of rooms and setting up equipment and break stations.
Carries food from kitchen to designated stations and removes dishes when needed.
Handles equipment with care, maintains a clean storage area, and ensures all equipment is in good repair.
Assists guests in any function or meeting room requirements.
Assists banquet servers and supervisors as necessary.
Completes maintenance requests as needed for items, which need repair.
Is able to carry and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Performs all other duties deemed necessary by management.
