Job Overview

The Hilton Garden Inn located in Fayetteville is currently taking resumes for our F&B Manager position.

This position is responsible for managing, inventory, and ordering, and for menu planning in accordance with established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. We have a great team here at Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton, and we are looking for the right person to lead. If you feel that you would be a good fit, we would love to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities

PEOPLE

  • Scheduling
  • Managing the day to day operations of the Food and Beverage outlets.

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
  • Manage guest requests / needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu items and all food products
  • Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
  • Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
